Alabama’s BBQ Catering does authentic, Southern-style BBQ using true southern ingredients, techniques and secret family recipes. Veteran Owner Vincent Oden, was born and raised in Alabama where he learned the ins and outs of southern-style bbq cooking.  When he moved to Maine, he realized there was a void he could fill and bring true southern-style bbq catering to Maine and beyond.  In 2006 Alabama’s BBQ Catering was formed, and the rest is history.  Since 2006, Vincent and his  family and crew have been feeding and pleasing Mainer’s with their BBQ catering. Alabama’s BBQ also offers Pig Roasts, Wedding Officiant Services, DJ Services, Lobster Bakes & Clambakes throughout New England.
